  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR);
  • any other applicable legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.

Mandatory provisions of consumer protection legislation shall remain unaffected where applicable.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

The parties shall make every reasonable effort to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through good-faith negotiations.

If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Estonia.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of UpMee Group OÜ.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights of consumers under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions shall remain valid and fully enforceable.

Where possible, the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its original commercial and legal purpose.

No Waiver

Failure by UpMee to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights.

Any waiver shall be effective only if made expressly in writing by an authorised representative of UpMee.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing the use of this website between UpMee and its users.

They supersede any prior statements, understandings or agreements relating to the use of the website, except where separate written agreements have been concluded between UpMee and the relevant client, candidate or business partner.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a separately executed agreement, the provisions of the separately executed agreement shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.

UpMee reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time to reflect:
