01 — Overview

Description

Join UpMee's Gdańsk recruitment team supporting clients across logistics, manufacturing, and shared services. You'll own the full recruitment cycle for both blue- and white-collar roles in the Tricity region and beyond.

We treat recruitment as a craft, not a volume game. You'll work closely with hiring managers from day one of each search, build long-standing candidate relationships, and represent the UpMee standard in every conversation.

02 — The work

Responsibilities

  • Run end-to-end recruitment for 8–15 active roles at any time, owning timelines and outcomes.
  • Source candidates through direct search, job boards, and partner networks — going beyond the obvious pools to find the right people.
  • Conduct structured competency-based interviews and present well-reasoned shortlists to clients.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and weekly reporting in the ATS so the team can see where every search stands.
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pools for recurring client roles, not just one-off placements.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role definition, scorecards, and offer strategy — not just resume-passing.
03 — Who you are

Requirements

  • 2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment with a track record of consistent placements.
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Pracuj, and direct outreach — including for hard-to-find profiles.
  • Excellent communication and candidate-experience instincts; you treat candidates like the future employees they might become.
  • Proven experience hitting multi-role placement targets across consecutive quarters.
  • Comfortable working with both Polish-speaking blue-collar candidates and English-speaking management hires.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
  • Nice to have: experience recruiting in logistics, manufacturing, or shared services, exposure to executive search methodology, a second European language.
